HVA NEWS ARCHIVE 2007Heaton Valves Africa confirms ISO 9001:2000 countrywide
To better serve its clients, Heaton Valves Africa (Pty) Ltd embarked on a programme to ensure all operations within the group were ISO 9001:2000 compliant. The Head Office was accredited in June 2006, followed by Cape Town in May and Durban in September of 2007. It was a daunting task, but with the support of management and full cooperation of all staff members, these milestones were achieved. The certification has helped heighten awareness amongst its staff of issues relating to quality and customer satisfaction, which are cornerstones of Heaton Valves Africa's business operation. Going forward, Heaton Valves Africa is confident of providing its' clients with peace of mind when it comes to quality and service.
