Heaton Valves Africa is the sole partner of TLV in South Africa. TLV produces dependable, long lasting steam traps with strict adherence
to it’s two fundamental policies - quality first, and incomparable originality second. TLV has expanded its line of products and services
to become a steam specialist company and a recognized leader in the steam engineering field. TLV’s benchmark products, the P46SRN thermodynamic
steam trap and J3X (TLV’s unique free float steam trap), and others in the comprehensive range are available through Heaton Valves Africa. TLV’s
patented Lloyd’s approved steam trap testing computer, Trapman, is used extensively by Heaton Valves Africa to perform steam trap surveys, and
provides the only quantifiable steam loss result reports worldwide. Also available are pressure/ temperature controls, air and gas traps,
separators/filters, valves, air vents, measurement instruments, condensate recovery systems, Y-strainers, sight glasses, trap stations and steam
and condensate manifolds.
Heaton Valves Africa, as the sole official agency holder for Leser in
sub-Saharan Africa, has at its disposal the latest Leser safety valve sizing
and system design technology. Stockholding comprises a complete range of safety
relief valves from ½” through 8”. Materials include cast iron, cast steel, chrome
steel, and stainless steel. Connections cover NPT and BSP screwed, and DIN and ANSI
flange standards. Both DIN and API specification safety relief valves are available
set and tagged, complete with all necessary certification, within hours of order
placement. A replica of the standard safety valve test rig as used at Leser’s test
facility in Hohenwestedt, Germany, is situated in our workshop at our Jet Park head
office. This ensures the quality standards demanded by Leser themselves are maintained
by Heaton Valves Africa.
Various modifications, including various lifting devices, open
bonnets, non-metallic seating surfaces, and bellows conversions,
are available on all ex-stock items.
Completely PTFE lined safety relief valves are also available from
our stores for extremely corrosive applications.
Safety relief valves for clean service, weight loaded safety valves,
safety relief valves having an inlet size of up to 16", as well
as change-over valves are also available ex-import, with deliveries
seldom exceeding 6 weeks. Another innovative development by Leser
has been the pneumatic supplementary loading system developed in
order to allow closer operating tolerances on all safety and safety
relief valves.
Since 1953, Tomoe has designed and developed a high quality and technically advanced range of butterfly valves and actuators.
Tomoe continues to be a leading company in the development of these products, both in utilising the latest materials of construction
and sustaining consistently high levels of product performance. Tomoe products, including the Tritec range of high performance Triple
Offset and Double Block & Bleed process valves, are designed to deliver positive shut-off in the harsh and critical environments found
in oil and gas, petrochemical and power process markets. All are available through Heaton Valves Africa, including Tomoe’s excellent
range of lightweight aluminium butterfly valves which are perfectly suited to applications requiring lighter weight and corrosion resistance.
Heaton Valves Africa carries a comprehensive stock of EPDM and PFA lined Tomoe butterfly valves with lever, gearbox, and pneumatic actuation
options at all branch locations.

This producer of cost-effective general service valves is well represented by Heaton Valves Africa, with stocks,
competitive pricing and prompt delivery being top priority. The range includes flanged gate valves in both rising and
non-rising spindle design, globe valves, strainers, swing and lift check valves in cast iron. These valves are ideally
suited for low-pressure steam and water service. Although Ever globe and lift check valves with bronze trim are available,
Heaton Valves Africa only stock stainless steel trimmed versions, in keeping with the philosophy of providing the best
possible solution to clients requests. Sizes range from 50mm and above.

-3-PIECE STAINLESS STEEL BALL VALVES
Heaton Valves Africa have sourced a cost effective quality 3-piece
full port stainless steel ball valve for general industry usage.
With
investment cast CF8M bodies and 316 ball and stem construction,
these valves are suitable for most applications. PTFE seals ensure
leak proof performance, whilst pressures are limited to 63 BarG
at 100 degC, and 10 BarG at 200 degC. BSP female connections are
standard, along with a locking device forming an integral part of
the plastic covered handle, and blow-out proof stems. Sizes in stock
cover 15 mm through 50 mm.
