SUPPLY CONTRACTS

CHEVRON

  • Held by HVA continuously since 2005.
  • Off-site managed (HVA Cape Town located within 1km of refinery).
  • 24 Hour service.
  • Continuous stringent KPI monitoring programme in place.
  • All equipment fully compliant with API and Chevron International specifications and approvals.
  • Contract presently comprised of 91 line items, including gate, globe, and check valves in forged steel, cast steel and alloy materials.
  • Butterfly valves, needle valves and stud-bolts are currently being added to the contract.

SAPREF(Shell & BP)

  • Held by HVA continuously since 1999.
  • Onsite store manned and stocked by HVA.
  • Full API and Shell MESC specification for all items.
  • In line with Shell Global agreement held by Transmark-FCX.
  • Value adding services and valve line items continuously updated (eg – Dead man handle ball valves, steam audits).
  • 24 Hour shut-down service.
  • Contract presently comprised of 332 line items, including steam traps, gate, globe, check and HF acid valves in forged steel, cast steel and alloys with special trims, eg. NACE.
  • Steam audits and reports are currently being carried out and presented by HVA to Sapref as a value added service
